If your card expired more than two years ago, you need to send us your dive log proving that you´ve been diving actively (8 dives/year since certification or last renewal).
Please contact info@gue.com if this is the case for you.If you do not see your card in our system, please also send a photo of the back and front of your card.
I hereby warrant that I am an active diver having done at least an average of 8 dives per year within the curriculum for which I am applying to renew. I remain confident in my skills with diving experience across the range of my diving qualifications.
