2022 Trainees

Nils Jacobsen: as a marine biologist and technical scientific diver, Nils studies benthic community functioning in the upper mesophotic zones.

Elizabeth Kroger: currently studying both Conservation Biology and Spanish at Middlebury College, Elizabeth hopes to launch a project studying the socio-ecology of marine fisheries, and help to design MPAs in Madagascar.

Monica Schul: PhD student in Marine Molecular Ecology, University of Florida, and co-founder of her own biotechnology company.

Michael Chahley: Product manager and diver in the 1000 island region of Canada.

Ana Overgaard: Assistant field producer and broadcaster in adventure reality TV shows, with a drive to tell stories of wild places and underwater conservation subjects.

Kevin Rodríguez: PhD researcher, and CCR scientific exploration diver, going up to depths of 100m.

Bernabé Moreno: Polar Arctic benthic ecologist, scientific diver, and underwater cameraman travelling between Poland and Peru.
